Ordering On-line:

Flirt Lingerie is an internet store and therefore require orders to be made via the website or via phone with one of our friendly staff. You only need to set up an account once and then login to this account when you shop each time. By using your account you can be assured that all information that you enter will be received.

Newsletter: You may select to join our Newsletter at the time of registering your account. We won’t load your inbox with emails, but we send out newsletters occasionally to advise of sales, new products and special offers.

Payments:

Credit Card Payments - Visa, MasterCard, Amex or DinersClub

Delivery terms:

All orders will be processed within 2 business days of receipt of payment. If we are unable to fill any part of your order, the item will be deleted from your order. We do not backorder. If an item is out of stock and you would like us to advise you when it is back in stock please contact us to arrange. Orders are generally sent within 2-3 business days of receiving order. We will not be held responsible for packages that are lost or stolen as all orders are sent via Express Post.

Postage:

Prices quoted are for Express Post Satchels up to 3kg in weight. If an order weighs more than 3kg (determined after processing) you will be contacted with a quote for extra postage costs.

GST & Currency:

All prices are in Australian Dollars and include Goods and Services Tax (GST)

Product Quality:

Occasionally slight discrepancies could occur being the image displayed of the product, in these cases, the discrepancies are beyond the control of Flirt Lingerie.

All scanned images are accurate as possible. Due to image capture, loading onto the website and the computer’s monitor, the colour of products may not reflect the exact colour of the product.
